Eligibility:
Purchases made directly from Pure & Cimple can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.

How to Return: 
Starting a return is simple:  
1. Email us at welcome@pureandcimple.com with your order number and the details of the items you'd like to return.  
2. We’ll respond promptly with a prepaid return shipping label and further instructions.

Refund Details: 
- Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.  
- Please note that the cost of the return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.  
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
